With post-college continuing education from The American Institute of Banking, and as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), the agency patriarch also brings a wealth of financial knowledge and negotiating skill to the table on behalf of policyholders.

Don shares life with wife Tinnie, sons David and Steve and four grandchildren. He’s a devoted supporter of social services organization City Square and a member of Waterview Church of Christ, and following in the tradition of the disciples, he fishes on a boat in his free time.
