Wes Edison is an experienced Risk Management professional with over a decade of experience in the field. He specializes in creating fully customized solutions that empower clients to pursue their goals.

In 2008, Wes graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. He earned his CPCU certification in 2010 and continues to be an active board member of the CPCU Society Chapter of Fort Worth, where he also served as president.

Before joining BSBD, Edison was Director at Wortham Insurance and Risk Management, where he worked for over ten years. After their merger with Marsh USA, Inc., a national company, he served as Senior Vice President of Marsh Wortham.

A true believer in the independent insurance agency model, Wes is committed to delivering the highest quality services possible to businesses of all sizes. He particularly enjoys the industrious, collaborative culture of BSBD and is looking to take the agency to the next level.

Outside of work, Wes serves as the President for the Independent Insurance Agents of Tarrant County and a board member for the Texas Risk & Insurance Professional Society. He lives in Keller with his wife, Christine, their two children, Connor and Charlie, and two Great Danes, Norma Jean and Molly Jane. In his free time, Wes enjoys smoking meat on his green egg, cycling, fishing with his kids, and golfing.
